ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ผู้ตรวจสอบ/ผู้ตรวจสอบอาวุโส ส่วนพิจารณาเรื่องร้องเรียน ฝ่ายกำกับและวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจสินเชื่อรายย่อย

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  1. พิจารณาและบริหารจัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับบริการทางการเงินของผู้ให้บริการทางการเงินภายใต้กำกับ ตรวจสอบข้อมูลเรื่องร้องเรียนและติดตามให้ผู้ให้บริการทางการเงินดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับเรื่องร้องเรียนของลูกค้าได้อย่างเหมาะสมและทันการณ์ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก ธปท. ในการแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องร้องเรียนให้ได้ข้อยุติ วิเคราะห์และติดตามประเด็นข้อร้องเรียนที่มีนัยสำคัญ จัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร ข้อมูลเพื่อการตรวจสอบผู้ให้บริการทางการเงิน และข้อเสนอแนะด้านนโยบายและด้านตรวจสอบให้กับสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องใน ธปท.
  2. ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับบริการทางการเงินและการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้ ภายใต้โครงการหมอหนี้เพื่อประชาชน Contact Center 1213 และช่องทางการสื่อสารอื่น ๆ ของ ธปท.
  3. พัฒนากระบวนการทำงานและระบบงานต่าง ๆ พัฒนาช่องทางและกระบวนการขอรับคำปรึกษา และสนับสนุนงานโครงการแก้หนี้อื่นในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับช่องทางยื่นคำขอแก้ปัญหาหนี้ เพื่อติดตามดูแลให้ลูกหนี้ได้รับการปรับโครงสร้างหนี้อย่างเหมาะสม ปรับปรุงคู่มือการทำงานและฐานข้อมูลความรู้กลางให้มีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ทันสมัย เพื่อใช้สำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องร้องเรียน และการให้คำปรึกษาอย่างเป็นมาตรฐาน สนับสนุนการพัฒนาหมอหนี้ในโครงการหมอหนี้อาสา รวมถึงดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของหมอหนี้ ธปท. อาสาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญ ประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานด้านกำกับดูแลผู้ให้บริการทางการเงิน เช่น งานออกหลักเกณฑ์การกำกับดูแล งานกำกับและตรวจสอบ หรืองานด้านผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการทางการเงินของผู้ให้บริการทางการเงิน รวมถึง งาน Compliance, Audit หรือการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานสินเชื่อรายย่อยและธุรกิจเช่าซื้อและลีสซิ่ง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในรูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจ พัฒนาการของสถาบันการเงินและผู้ให้บริการทางการเงินอื่น ๆ รวมถึงการเกิด incidents และความเสี่ยงใหม่ในระบบการเงิน
  • มีประสบการณ์ในจัดทำข้อมูล เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ติดตามการดำเนินงานของสถาบันการเงิน มีพื้นฐานความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบงานข้อมูลและโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

  • สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีจิตสาธารณะ มีความเข้าใจมุมมองของผู้อื่น และประสานงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สื่อสารได้อย่างชัดเจน ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปีบริบูรณ์ ณ วันที่เริ่มปฏิบัติงาน
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ การเงินการธนาคาร กฎหมาย หรือสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร
