ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง ผู้วิเคราะห์/ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโส ส่วนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน ฝ่ายกำกับและตรวจสอบผู้ให้บริการการชำระเงิน

บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • ออกแบบและพัฒนาแบบรายงาน ฐานข้อมูล และ Dashboard เพื่อวิเคราะห์ติดตามการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ เช่น ฐานะการเงิน ผลการดำเนินงาน การปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ ประเด็นจากการตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลธุรกรรม การจัดการภัยทุจริต การป้องกันและตรวจสอบธุรกรรมที่ผิดปกติ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์เชิงลึกเพื่ออธิบายรูปแบบ แนวโน้ม และความเสี่ยงที่ตรวจพบ เพื่อสนับสนุนการกำกับตรวจสอบแบบ Ongoing Supervision
  • พัฒนา ปรับปรุง และทบทวน trigger และตัวชี้วัดเพื่อตรวจจับความผิดปกติของธุรกรรมการชำระเงิน โดยออกแบบให้สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบธุรกรรมและระดับความเสี่ยงของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละประเภท พร้อมทั้งศึกษานำแนวคิด เทคนิค และเครื่องมือที่ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในอุตสาหกรรม (industry‑wide techniques) รวมถึงแนวทาง best practices จากต่างประเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการตรวจจับความเสี่ยงและลด false positive ในกระบวนการกำกับตรวจสอบ
  • วิเคราะห์ ติดตามฐานะและการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบ รวมถึงติดตามประเด็นจากการตรวจสอบ สรุปผลการตรวจจับความผิดปกติ (anomaly detection) การจัดกลุ่มผู้ประกอบธุรกิจหรือรูปแบบธุรกรรม (clustering / segmentation) และการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบพฤติกรรม (pattern recognition) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความแม่นยำในการระบุความเสี่ยง

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีความสนใจและเข้าใจธุรกิจ e-Payment รวมถึงเข้าใจหลักเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • วางแผนในการดำเนินงานให้เกิดผลในทางปฏิบัติ (Strategy Implementation)
  • มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และปรับตัว (Agility & Growth mindset) สนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ทั้งด้าน Soft Skills และ Digital Skills เช่น AI, Data Analytic เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ พัฒนางานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
  • สามารถประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี (Execute & Balance Stakeholder)
  • มีทักษะด้าน Digital Skills: มีความรู้ความเข้าใจการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ได้หลากหลาย (Data analytic) เช่น Excel (Pivot), Tableau เป็นต้น
  • สำหรับด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสามารถใช้ Python /SQL/ AI for analytics (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Business Analytics เศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน บริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ FinTech วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ กฎหมาย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เป็นประโยขน์
  • ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC 650 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด
