ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง ผู้ตรวจสอบ/ผู้ตรวจสอบอาวุโส ส่วนกำกับและตรวจสอบผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน 3 ฝ่ายกำกับและตรวจสอบผู้ให้บริการการชำระเงิน

บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • พิจารณาการขออนุญาต/ขึ้นทะเบียนเพื่อประกอบธุรกิจ e-Payment ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยระบบการชำระเงิน ให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมาย คู่มือสำหรับประชาชนและกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ประสานงาน ตอบข้อหารือ และให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำ แก่ผู้ประสงค์จะประกอบธุรกิจ e-Payment และหน่วยงานภายนอก เกี่ยวกับข้อกฎหมายและหลักเกณฑ์ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยระบบการชำระเงิน
  • ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบของรูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจ e-Payment ใหม่ ๆ และนวัตกรรมการชำระเงิน รวมถึงศึกษาหลักเกณฑ์ของหน่วยงานทางการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อการกำกับดูแลที่เหมาะสม

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีความสนใจและเข้าใจธุรกิจ e-Payment และหลักเกณฑ์ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยระบบการชำระเงินและที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • กระตือรือร้นและมุ่นมั่นในการปรับตัวและเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ (Agility & Growth Mindset)
  • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี (Balance Stakeholder)
  • สื่อสารได้อย่างชัดเจนและตรงประเด็น (Communicate Effectively)
  • มีทักษะด้าน Digital Skills เช่น AI, Data Analytic เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้และพัฒนางานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร การบัญชี การบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ กฎหมาย เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เป็นประโยขน์
  • ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า
  • จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ กรณีมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์กับงานของ ธปท. ดังนี้ 1) มีประสบการณ์ในสถาบันการเงิน ธุรกิจด้านการชำระเงิน การบริหารความเสี่ยง การตรวจสอบและประเมินงบการเงิน (Audit) การตรวจสอบระบบการควบคุมภายในขององค์กร (Internal Audit) หรืองานด้านกฎหมาย สืบสวน สอบสวน 2) มีประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบ Audit หรือ Internal Audit จากบริษัทตรวจสอบบัญชีและที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจชั้นนำ

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด
