ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง ผู้วิเคราะห์/ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโส ฝ่ายนโยบายและกำกับการแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • ส่วนตรวจสอบ 1: ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และดำเนินการติดตามและตรวจสอบธุรกรรมเงินตราต่างประเทศ ธุรกรรมทองคำ ธุรกรรมเงินบาทของผู้มีถิ่นที่อยู่นอกประเทศ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายควบคุมการแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน และมาตรการป้องปรามการเก็งกำไรค่าเงินบาท โดยทำการวิเคราะห์และประเมินความเสี่ยงของธุรกรรมดังกล่าวที่มีต่อเศรษฐกิจการเงิน ตลาดเงินตราต่างประเทศและอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน เพื่อการควบคุมดูแลเงินทุนเคลื่อนย้ายและเสถียรภาพอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน
  • ส่วนกำกับการแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน: ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และดำเนินการพิจารณาคำขออนุญาตทำธุรกรรมทางการเงินต่าง ๆ ภายใต้กฎหมายควบคุมการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินและมาตรการป้องปรามการเก็งกำไรค่าเงินบาท การพิจารณาให้ใบอนุญาตเพื่อประกอบธุรกิจปัจจัยชำระเงินต่างประเทศที่ไม่ใช่ธนาคาร (FX Non-bank) และคำขอเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับใบอนุญาต รวมถึงพิจารณาประเด็นเชิงนโยบายเสนอเป็นหลักเกณฑ์ภายใน เพื่อใช้เป็นบรรทัดฐานในการพิจารณาอนุญาต
  • ส่วนหลักเกณฑ์การแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน: ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และดำเนินการจัดทำร่างประกาศ/ปรับปรุงแก้ไขกฎระเบียบทางด้านการควบคุมการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินและมาตรการป้องปรามการเก็งกำไรค่าเงินบาท เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับพัฒนาการตลาดการเงิน นโยบายด้านเงินทุนเคลื่อนย้าย financial landscape และการดูแลเสถียรภาพอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ตลอดจนร่วมพิจารณาให้ความเห็น และร่วมเสนอแนะท่าทีในการจัดทำความตกลงและกรอบความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินและการป้องปรามการเก็งกำไรค่าเงินบาท

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • หากมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านตลาดการเงินและตลาดเงินตราต่างประเทศ รวมถึงนโยบายด้านอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน 1-2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ (เช่น ธุรกิจการเงิน สถาบันการเงิน บริษัททองคำ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้ประกอบธุรกิจ Non-bank ภายใต้กำกับของ ธปท.)

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีความเข้าใจในตลาดการเงิน รวมถึง Financial instruments ต่าง ๆ
  • มีความสามารถในการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ ในการวิเคราะห์ (analytical thinking) มีทักษะเหตุผลเชิงตรรกะ การจับประเด็น เขียนสรุปความได้ดี และละเอียดรอบคอบ
  • มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการใช้ tableau ได้ดี
  • มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ การบริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC 750 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า

  • สอบข้อเขียนเฉพาะตำแหน่ง
  • สอบสัมภาษณ์

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด

อัตราเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
