ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง ผู้วิเคราะห์/ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโสฝ่ายนโยบายการกำกับสถาบันการเงิน

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • ศึกษา/รวบรวมข้อมูลนโยบาย กฎหมาย หลักเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และนำมาวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก พิจารณาผลกระทบให้รอบด้าน รวมถึงเสนอ policy option ประกอบการพิจารณากำหนดหลักเกณฑ์กำกับดูแลสถาบันการเงินและกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงิน สถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสินเชื่อรายย่อยและบริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ โดยครอบคลุม การประกอบธุรกิจ ได้แก่ การติดตามพัฒนาการของนวัตกรรมทางการเงินใหม่ ๆ ขอบเขตการให้บริการ ลักษณะโครงสร้างกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงิน พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและช่องทางการให้บริการ และ การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านเครดิต ด้านตลาด ด้านสภาพคล่อง ด้านปฏิบัติการ ความเพียงพอของเงินกองทุนและสินทรัพย์เสี่ยง ธรรมาภิบาลและการควบคุมภายใน มาตรฐานบัญชี และการแก้ไขปัญหาฐานะสถาบันการเงินในภาวะวิกฤต รวมถึงการแก้ปัญหาหนี้ครัวเรือน
  • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายงาน/หน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจัดทำข้อมูลประกอบการประชุมในเวทีต่าง ๆ (ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ) เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะหรือท่าทีของ ธปท. เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการกำหนดนโยบายกำกับดูแลสถาบันการเงิน รวมถึงการตอบข้อหารือหรือให้ข้อมูล/การเป็นผู้แทนในการไปชี้แจงต่อที่ประชุมต่าง ๆ ในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบสถาบันการเงิน / เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานที่เกี่ยวกับด้านการเงิน การธนาคาร การบริหารความเสี่ยง ผลิตภัณฑ์และการทำธุรกรรมของสถาบันการเงิน ตลาดเงิน เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเงิน หรือด้านที่เกี่ยวกับนโยบาย/การกำกับดูแลสถาบันการเงิน และระบบเศรษฐกิจการเงินโดยรวม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • สื่อสารอย่างมี logic ด้วยภาษาที่เข้าใจง่ายทั้งพูดและเขียน รับฟังความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่าง กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น ซักถาม และค้านเมื่อเห็นสิ่งที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
  • คิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ที่สามารถจำแนกแจกแจงเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ ว่ามีองค์ประกอบอะไรบ้างสามารถใช้เครื่องมือและมีวิธีการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
  • เข้าใจและมีวัตถุประสงค์การทำงานชัดเจน สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กรคิดและทำงานบนหลักการ คำนึงถึงผลกระทบอย่างรอบด้าน

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ทางด้าน สาขาวิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ การเงินการธนาคาร กฎหมาย โดยเน้นด้าน Risk, FinTech, Digital Asset, Business Analytics หรือสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 650 คะแนนขึ้นไป โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
