ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • Supervision งานกำกับ ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการดำเนินงาน ฐานะ และความเสี่ยงของสถาบันการเงิน/ผู้ให้บริการภายใต้การกำกับ โดยใช้ดุลยพินิจเชิงกำกับ (supervisory judgment) ครอบคลุมการตรวจสอบแบบ ongoing/เฉพาะเรื่อง การประเมินความเพียงพอของการบริหารความเสี่ยง การกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไข และการสื่อสารกับผู้ถูกกำกับ
  • Regulatory Policy งานจัดทำ ทบทวน และพัฒนากฎหมาย นโยบาย และหลักเกณฑ์การกำกับดูแล ครอบคลุมการศึกษามาตรฐานสากล/แนวโน้มความเสี่ยง การประเมินผลกระทบ (RIA/consultation) การร่างหลักเกณฑ์/แนวปฏิบัติ และการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงนโยบายแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • Licensing งานพิจารณาอนุญาต ให้ความเห็นชอบ หรือผ่อนผันการประกอบธุรกิจทางการเงิน ครอบคลุมการประเมินคุณสมบัติ/ความพร้อม การกำหนดเงื่อนไข การติดตามการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขหลังอนุญาต และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก
  • Model Risk and Quantitative Supervision งานกำกับและตรวจสอบแบบจำลองและเครื่องมือเชิงปริมาณของสถาบันการเงิน ครอบคลุมการประเมินความเหมาะสมของโมเดล/สมมติฐาน การทดสอบความถูกต้อง การกำหนดเงื่อนไขการใช้โมเดล และการติดตามความเสี่ยงด้าน model risk เพื่อสนับสนุนความมั่นคงและความน่าเชื่อถือของการบริหารความเสี่ยง

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาการเงิน การเงินการธนาคาร หรือเทียบเท่า
  • ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือ เทียบเท่า IELTS/TOEFL โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
