ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร คำแหน่งผู้วิเคราะห์/ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโส ฝ่ายกำกับธุรกิจสถาบันการเงิน (ฝกก.)

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  1. พิจารณาคำขออนุญาต/ผ่อนผันการประกอบธุรกิจของสถาบันการเงิน (สง.) และธุรกิจในเครือ บริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ (บบส.) และ Non-bank เช่น ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ Personal Loan ให้สอดคล้องกับหลักเกณฑ์และเจตนารมณ์ในการกำกับดูแลของ ธปท. โดยคำนึงถึงความเสี่ยงและความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ ผลกระทบต่อ Stakeholders ต่าง ๆ เช่น ผู้ใช้บริการ ผู้กำกับดูแลอื่น และเสถียรภาพระบบการเงิน ตลอดจนติดตามการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขในการอนุญาต/ผ่อนผันต่าง ๆ
  2. พิจารณาความเหมาะสมเพื่อออกใบอนุญาตให้จัดตั้ง (Licensing) สง. บบส. และ Non-bank รวมทั้ง สง. ประเภทใหม่ ๆ ภายใต้ภูมิทัศน์ภาคการเงินไทย (Financial Landscape) เช่น ธนาคารพาณิชย์ไร้สาขา (Virtual Bank) โดยศึกษา best practice และหลักเกณฑ์กำกับดูแลต่าง ๆ จากต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งติดตาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านฐานะและแผนธุรกิจ เพื่อคัดเลือกผู้ประกอบธุรกิจรายใหม่ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม
  3. ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขอใบอนุญาต ขออนุญาต/ผ่อนผันการทำธุรกรรม/ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงิน (product) และพัฒนาการในต่างประเทศ เพื่อระบุทิศทาง (trend) การดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ ความเสี่ยงที่อาจเพิ่มขึ้น และผลกระทบต่อ Stakeholders เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้แก่ฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาออกหลักเกณฑ์และ enforce การกำกับดูแลในลักษณะ on-going ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและ proactive ในการรับมือสถานการณ์/ผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้น เช่น การเปิดเผยข้อมูลอย่างโปร่งใส และการให้บริการที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อลูกค้า
  4. งานด้านการพัฒนาระบบงานเพื่อรองรับการกำกับดูแลผู้ประกอบธุรกิจให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อม ทางเศรษฐกิจและการเงินโดยการนำเทคโนโลยีมาช่วยให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น และเชื่อมโยงกับระบบงาน เทคโนโลยี และฐานข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ภายใน ธปท.

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการเงิน ธุรกิจสถาบันการเงิน เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ทางการเงิน หรือด้านการกำกับดูแลสถาบันการเงินจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • Adaptability: มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และละเอียดรอบคอบระมัดระวัง สามารถปรับตัวรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงและทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดัน/เร่งด่วน

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ การเงินการธนาคาร กฎหมาย หรือสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 750 คะแนนขึ้นไป โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร
  • มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในธุรกิจการเงิน/ ธุรกิจสถาบันการเงิน / ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินของสถาบันการเงิน

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด
