ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารความเสี่ยง /เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารความเสี่ยงอาวุโส ฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยงภาพรวม

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • ศึกษา จัดทำและวิเคราะห์ การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยจัดทำกรอบและนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ ดำเนินการติดตามกฎเกณฑ์ใหม่และจัดให้มีฐานข้อมูลกฎเกณฑ์ รวมทั้ง ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยง ติดตามและกำกับดูแลให้มีการควบคุมที่เพียงพอ ผ่านการประเมินความพร้อมการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายรายปี (Self-assure) การติดตามให้ส่วนงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรการควบคุมที่กำหนด การติดตามผ่าน KRIs /Loss incidents การสุ่มสอบทานในส่วนที่มีความเสี่ยงสำคัญ
  • ศึกษา จัดทำและวิเคราะห์ การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความเสี่ยงด้านข้อมูล โดยจัดทำกรอบและนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และกรอบการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านข้อมูล รวมทั้ง ดำเนินการการประเมินความเสี่ยง รวมถึงจัดทำ DPIA ติดตามและกำกับดูแลให้มีการควบคุมที่เพียงพอ ผ่านการติดตามให้ส่วนงานปฏิบัติตามมาตรการควบคุมที่กำหนด การจัดทำ KRIs การสุ่มสอบทานในส่วนที่มีความเสี่ยงสำคัญ
  • ศึกษา จัดทำและวิเคราะห์ โดยพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความเสี่ยงด้านข้อมูลอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยจัดให้มีกรอบการวิเคราะห์ ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมความเสี่ยง รวมทั้งจัดให้มีการรายงานและติดตามความเสี่ยงอย่างเป็นระบบ
  • ศึกษา จัดทำและวิเคราะห์ การพัฒนาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ กระบวนการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยง (Awareness) รวมถึง การดำเนินการในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ เช่น การให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายกฎเกณฑ์ (compliance) งานตรวจสอบ งานบริหารความเสี่ยง งานกฎหมาย งานด้านการกำกับสถาบันการเงิน จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อตำแหน่งงาน

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และการคิดเชิงระบบ มีความสามารถในการจับประเด็น มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
  • มีทักษะการวางแผนงาน การวางระบบการทำงาน และเก็บรายละเอียดได้ดี
  • มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  • สามารถทำงานแบบ Multi-tasking วางแผนและผลักดันงานให้สำเร็จได้ด้วยตนเอง
  • สนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ให้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง และศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ด้วยตนเอง

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขากฎหมาย การบริหารความเสี่ยง การจัดการองค์กร เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC 650 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า

การทดสอบ

  • สอบข้อเขียนเฉพาะตำแหน่ง
  • สอบสัมภาษณ์

  • ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานใหญ่

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
