ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง นักพัสดุ / นักพัสดุอาวุโส ส่วนจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง 1-3 สำนักจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ฝ่ายจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและบริหารอาคาร (หลายอัตรา)

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • กำหนดแผนงานและดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างจากในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณ ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ คำสั่ง พิธีปฏิบัติของธนาคาร และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับ ส่วนงาน (strategic partner) ในการดำเนินการด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง เพื่อให้ได้พัสดุที่ตรงตามความต้องการใช้งาน ทันตามกำหนดเวลา โปร่งใส คุ้มค่า เป็นธรรม และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ธนาคาร
  • จัดทำแผนจัดซื้อจัดจ้างตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับ และผลักดันการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน
  • จัดซื้อจัดจ้าง และบริหารสัญญา สำหรับพัสดุทุกประเภท เช่น พัสดุทั่วไป พัสดุเพื่อการผลิตธนบัตร พัสดุคอมพิวเตอร์ งานจ้างพัฒนาระบบงาน งานจ้างก่อสร้าง งานจ้างออกแบบและควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง งานจ้างที่ปรึกษา งานจ้างเหมาบริการ เป็นต้น
  • บริหารพัสดุ ได้แก่ ขึ้นทะเบียน โอนย้าย จำหน่าย ตัดทะเบียน และสำรวจประจำปี
  • ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ให้ข้อเสนอแนะ ในการพัฒนากระบวนการจัดหาพัสดุ
  • ศึกษากฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ หลักเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามเทคโนโลยี องค์ความรู้ใหม่ ๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน
  • ร่วมพัฒนาระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง เช่น ระบบ ERP ระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างอัตโนมัติ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และสนับสนุนภารกิจของ ธปท. ในภาพรวม

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง/Certificate ด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐฯ จากกรมบัญชีกลางจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office หรือการใช้เทคโนโลยี (data & IT skills) ที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพได้ดี
  • มีทักษะในการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ คิดเชิงระบบ จับประเด็น การนำเสนอ และเขียนสรุปความได้ดี
  • สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา ตัดสินใจ และทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
  • สามารถสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง ประสานงานผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และ Stakeholders ทั้งภายใน ภายนอก ธปท. และต่างประเทศ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • Proactive มุ่งผลสำเร็จและมี Growth Mindset สนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ทั้งด้าน Soft Skills และ Digital Skills เช่น AI, Data Analytic เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ พัฒนางานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปีบริบูรณ์ ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร
  • ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปทุกสาขา หรือเทียบเท่า
  • ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า IELTS/TOEFL โดยผลคะแนนจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับถึงวันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

อัตราเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด (ระดับเจ้าหน้าที่ 23,700/ ระดับเจ้าหน้าที่ชำนาญงาน 37,200) โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
  • ระยะเวลาจ้าง 2 ปี ทั้งนี้ เมื่อครบกำหนดสัญญาจ้าง ธปท. อาจบรรจุเป็นพนักงานประจำหากมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. ที่กำหนด
