ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ผู้ตรวจสอบ/ผู้ตรวจสอบอาวุโส ฝ่ายกำกับและตรวจสอบความเสี่ยงด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก งานตรวจสอบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 1-2 - ปฏิบัติงานด้านการกำกับและตรวจสอบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถาบันการเงิน สถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจและผู้ให้บริการ e-Payment เพื่อประเมินการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงด้าน IT รวมทั้งประเมินความพร้อมรับมือภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ (Cyber Resilience) สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานสากล - วิเคราะห์/ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงและเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติที่สำคัญด้าน IT และภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ - พัฒนาแนวทางการกำกับดูแลความเสี่ยงด้าน IT Risk และ Cyber Risk - ศึกษาและติดตามพัฒนาการด้านเทคโนโลยีใหม่ เช่น Blockchain, API, Cloud Computing, AI, ML - พัฒนาเครื่องมือการสร้างองค์ความรู้เชิงลึกและเครื่องมือทางเทคนิคในการกำกับดูแลความเสี่ยงด้าน IT (IT Risk Sup Tech) และแนวทาง มาตรฐานกำกับดูแล IT & Cyber Risk - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

งานกำกับและตรวจสอบ ฯ เชิงลึก - ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์เพื่อกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ แนวปฏิบัติการกำกับดูแลความเสี่ยงด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และความเสี่ยงจากภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์ของสถาบันการเงิน สถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจ ผู้ให้บริการ e-Payment - กำกับตรวจสอบเทคนิคเชิงลึกด้าน Cybersecurity และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ เช่น Security Architecture, Defense in Depth, Detection tools, Technical Cyber Incident Handling, VA/Pentest, Red Teaming, New Techs (AI, Blockchain, Biometric, Cloud), Mobile Banking Security รวมทั้งเทคนิคใหม่ ๆ ที่จะมีขึ้นในอนาคต - ร่วมสร้างความร่วมมือและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล Threats Technique และ Cybersecurity Technical Best Practice กับธนาคารกลางต่างประเทศและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอื่น - ติดตามภัยคุกคามไซเบอร์ ข้อมูล Threat Intelligence และเทคโนโลยีเชิงลึกที่เกี่ยวข้อง - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร - อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปีบริบูรณ์ ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้ - จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ - มีผลคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือ เทียบเท่า IELTS / TOEFL โดยผลคะแนนจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับถึงวันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร - หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านทักษะและประสบการณ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่องานกำหนดนโยบายหรืองานตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเชิงลึกในภาคการเงิน เช่น Blockchain หรือ สินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Digital assets), AI/ML, Cloud Computing - รวมทั้งมี Certificate ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้าน IT เช่น CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRSC, CDPSE เป็นต้น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง - สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี - ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด
