ธปท. รับสมัครบุคคลภายนอกที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก หรือ สาขาวิชาที่เป็นประโยชน์กับงาน ธปท. เพื่อปฏิบัติงานในสายงานต่างๆ ของ ธปท. เช่น สายนโยบายการเงิน สายนโยบายสถาบันการเงิน สายตลาดการเงิน สถาบันวิจัยเศรษฐกิจฯ กลุ่มเสถียรภาพทางการเงิน และอื่นๆ (ตลอดทั้งปี)

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ในสาขาที่เป็นประโยชน์ในตำแหน่งงานสำคัญของ ธปท. เช่น Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Financial Economics, Economics and Finance, International Law, Business Administration (Banking and Finance) และมีหัวข้อวิทยานิพนธ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่องาน ธปท.
  • มีทักษะความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ อย่างน้อยคะแนน TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป หรือ เทียบเท่า โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร (ยกเว้น ผู้สมัครที่จบการศึกษาจากต่างประเทศหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษ (จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ระยะเวลาศึกษาต่อเนื่องไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี)ได้รับการยกเว้นไม่ต้องยื่นคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ)
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เป็นประโยชน์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร
