ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง ผู้วิเคราะห์/ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโส (งานด้าน Talent acquisition) ฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลและปฏิบัติการ

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการสรรหาพนักงาน หลากหลายตำแหน่งงาน เช่น ตำแหน่งด้าน IT, Economic, Finance อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป โดยหากมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำ HR Analytics หรือ Recruitment Dashboard จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  • ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการสรรหาพนักงาน และร่วมออกแบบกลยุทธ์การสรรหา (Sourcing Strategies) และแนวทางการดึงดูดผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับองค์กร
  • ดูแลและจัดการกระบวนการสรรหาพนักงานแบบ end-to-end เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้สมัครได้รับประสบการณ์ที่เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีคุณภาพสูง
  • วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลการสรรหา (Recruitment Metrics) เช่น Time-to-Hire และ Source of Hire เพื่อระบุจุดที่ต้องพัฒนาและปรับปรุงในงาน
  • พัฒนาและปรับปรุงเครื่องมือการคัดเลือก เช่น แบบทดสอบ หรือ การประเมินผลต่าง ๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการคัดเลือกพนักงาน
  • สร้าง Employee Branding และ Talent pools ผู้สมัครที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยใช้ช่องทางที่หลากหลาย เช่น การสรรหาโดยตรง, Job boards, Social Media, การสร้างความร่วมมือกับสถานศึกษาและเครือข่ายพันธมิตรอื่น ๆ
  • งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย อาทิ กิจกรรมการรับนักศึกษาฝึกงาน การสร้างเครือข่ายกับผู้สมัคร องค์กรพันธมิตร หรือ งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล เป็นต้น

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปีบริบูรณ์ ณ วันที่สามารถเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน
  • จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา รัฐศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง และหากมีความรู้ ทักษะและประสบการณ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่องานสรรหาพนักงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทักษะความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือ เทียบเท่า IELTS / TOEFL โดยผลคะแนนจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับถึงวันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร
  • หากมีความรู้ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์และความรู้การใช้เครื่องมือเพื่อจัดทำและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น HR Data Analytics Tools, Macro, VBA, Power BI) เพื่อช่วยในการทำงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีความคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Strategic & Analytical thinking)
  • มีความรับผิดชอบ มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน และกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
  • มีบุคลิกภาพและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถประสานงานได้ดี มีทักษะสื่อสาร ทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และการจับประเด็น
  • สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีและได้ด้วยตนเอง สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม ทำงานร่วมกับคนหลากหลาย สามารถให้คำปรึกษาและประสานงานความร่วมมือกับ stakeholder ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
  • มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (HR Data Analytics Tools)

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี โดย ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด
  • อัตราเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น ตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
