RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBIUÇÕES

O (a) Analista de Suprimentos terá por responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e definir as estratégias de compras, efetuar eventos de sourcing no mercado fornecedor, prospectar alternativas e soluções para o fornecimento e conduzir os processos de RFP/RFQ (Request for Proposal/Quotation), RFI (Request for Information);
  • Executar processos de compras técnicas garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos de escopo, prazo, custo e qualidade.
  • Conduzir processos de concorrência, análise comercial e equalização técnica em conjunto com as áreas de Engenharia e Projetos;
  • Realizar avaliações de competitividade comerciais, bem como avaliações de Custo Total de Propriedade para novos ativos - TCO;
  • Atuar na elaboração e celebração de contratos de compra de Equipamentos e Serviços;
  • Estabelecer relações com áreas internas através de agendas regulares de gestão e da mesma maneira apoiar nas interfaces com fornecedores de forma a garantir a entrega dos bens e serviços adquiridos;
  • Atender aos programas de Conformidade da Braskem;
  • Garantir os controles nos processos de contratação e plena aderência aos procedimentos internos e políticas de conformidade da companhia, sendo um agente multiplicador dos procedimentos formais do processo de compras;
  • Acompanhar, analisar e atuar com os KPI’s relacionados às compras, e estabelecer plano de ação para desvios e atingimento de metas;
  • Desenvolver aquisições estratégicas para categorias, programas, e projetos, definidos pelo portfólio de Investimentos da Braskem;
  • Conduzir processos de homologações e avaliações de novos fornecedores;
  • Monitorar riscos de fornecimento, logística, importação e impactos financeiros nos projetos.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de Planejamento, Engenharia, Jurídico, Financeiro e Gestão de Projetos para garantir o atingimento dos objetivos do CAPEX.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Formação Superior: Engenharias, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência na área de Suprimentos será um diferencial, ressalvando que a ausência deste requisito poderá ser suprida e avaliada com experiências na área Industrial, especialmente nas áreas de Manutenção Industrial, Engenharia e Projetos;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Experiência com ERP (preferencialmente SAP) e plataformas de compras (Coupa);
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas e metodologias de compras, tais como Formação de Preços, Strategic Sourcing, TCO – Total Cost of Ownership;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de contratos e negociação avançada;
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMI, FEL, Stage-Gate);
  • Inglês fluente para negociações e gestão de fornecedores internacionais.
