Vous intégrerez notre équipe Modern Workplace dont la mission est d’aider ses clients à adopter et tirer profit des nouveaux usages permis par les technologies de collaboration les plus innovantes.

Vous intervenez sur chaque étape du processus de définition, mise en place et adoption des solutions de Modern Workplace.

Missions

En tant que Consultant.e Change Management & Adoption Modern Workplace, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous participerez aux missions de conseil et d’adoption des solutions Modern Workplace afin de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs majeurs de nos clients en termes de gain d’efficacité individuelle et collective.
  • Vous apportez votre expertise technico-fonctionnelle des outils digitaux, notamment Microsoft 365 ainsi que votre maitrise des méthodes de conduite du changement.
  • Vous serez également amené.e à travailler sur d’autres solutions du marché, telles que LumApps, G-Suite, etc...
  • Nous recherchons un.e passionné.e possédant une envie de fédérer et faire monter en valeur les consultants autour des technologies Microsoft.

En fonction de vos missions et réalisations projet, vous serez amené.e à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires organisées en mode agile :

• Des expert.e.s adoption Workplace, pour définir les nouveaux usages et diffuser les bonnes pratiques afin d’engager massivement les utilisateurs autour des nouveaux usages,

• Des UX / UI designers pour construire ensemble des éléments visuels et les histoires associées

  • De formation Supérieure, Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Commerce
  • Vous avez de l’appétence pour le domaine digital
  • Vous possédez une connaissance des outils du Workplace (Microsoft, LumApps, G-Suite, Klaxoon, etc.)
  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant
  • Vous êtes motivé.e pour intégrer une structure alliant l’exigence d’un société de conseil et le dynamisme et l’agilité d’une start-up
  • Vous avez de grandes qualités relationnelles
  • Vous savez travailler en autonomie et apporter un haut niveau de conseil à vos clients
