Intégré(e) à nos équipes pluridisciplinaires de Consultants PO, Data & IA, d'experts en Data Science et en secteurs spécifiques, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans des projets complexes de Data & IA pour développer des solutions innovantes.

En tant que Consultant Data & IA Product Owner, vous serez responsable du cadrage, de la conception et de la réalisation de produits IA dans un cadre Agile, en utilisant vos compétences en Product Management pour répondre à des cas d’usage métier impactants.

Tes principales missions

✅ Recueillir et prioriser les besoins utilisateurs.

✅ Animer et piloter l’implémentation de cas d’usage Data & IA (BI, NLP, LLM, Computer Vision, Time Series) de l’expérimentation à la production.

✅ Définir des use cases via des user stories et gérer le backlog et les sprints.

✅ Superviser les équipes agiles et établir le lien entre les métiers, les équipes techniques, les utilisateurs finaux et les sponsors.

✅ Formaliser les roadmaps produit et communiquer la vision produit.

✅ Accompagner les décisions clés pour les projets Data & IA.

✅ Formuler des recommandations en Data Science et proposer des solutions IA innovantes à nos clients.

Vous serez également impliqué(e) dans le développement des activités Data & IA du cabinet en :

✅ Animant des formations internes pour éduquer les équipes.

✅ Réalisant des pitchs clients et des retours d’expérience pour partager votre expertise.

✅ Animant la communauté IA.

✅ Encadrant des profils juniors et confirmés dans leurs projets et compétences.

🎯 Vous êtes diplômé(e) Bac+5 (ingénieur/commerce) en informatique, data science, management ou domaine connexe, avec une expérience en tant que Product Owner ou dans des équipes agiles, idéalement dans le cadre de projets d’industrialisation de solutions data science.

Compétences clés :

🎯 Passion pour la Data et l’IA.

🎯 Capacité à relever des défis techniques dans des projets complexes.

🎯 Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles et gestion de projet.

🎯 Compréhension des concepts Produit.

🎯 Connaissance des technologies Data (ETL, DataViz, Azure) et IA.

🎯 Compétence avec des outils de gestion de projet (Jira, Confluence, DevOps).

🎯 Capacité à recueillir des besoins et formaliser des dossiers de cadrage.

🎯 Compétence à animer des parties prenantes.

🎯 Capacité à interagir avec des équipes techniques et métiers

🎯 Esprit d'équipe et capacité à challenger/être challengé.

🎯 Habilité à collaborer avec des profils techniques et métiers.
