Votre Périmètre

Vous intégrerez BREOPLE [bripol], une ESN qui collabore étroitement avec ses clients dans le cadre de leurs projets de Transformation Digitale. Au delà de leurs compétences, sos consultants sont passionnées de techno et d'innovation. Ils ont pour rôle de piloter, concevoir et développer des solutions autour des sujets suivants :

  • Workplace : SharePoint, PowerPlatform, Lumapps...
  • Data : Power BI, Tableau, Python, Scala...
  • Développement Web : FullStack, Front & Back : Angular 6+, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java 8+...
  • Mobile : Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), React Native, Clean Architecture, Viper, Redux...

Votre Rôle

1- Business Development : Votre objectif est de développer votre portefeuille clients tout en maintenant un très haut

niveau de qualité d’intervention. Ceci à travers diverses actions :

- Prospection téléphonique & chasse - Ouvertures de comptes - Réalisation des RDV Clients - Recueil et analyse des besoins clients - Construction des propales et des réponses aux Appels d’Offres

2- Recrutement des futur(e)s consultant(e)s :

En collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de recruteurs, vous recrutez les futur(e)s consultant(e)s.

- Évaluation technique et fonctionnelle des candidats - Choix du type de recrutement proposé au candidat - Organisation et participation aux entretiens clients

3- Négociation commerciale et salariale :

Votre succès passe en partie par la réussite de nombreuses négociations qui marquent votre quotidien.

- Négociation commerciale : tarif, date de démarrage et autres modalités contractuelles - Contractualisation et on-boarding de vos consultant(e)s

4- Management et Suivi des consultant(e)s : Votre réussite repose sur une gestion proactive des missions de vos consultant(e)s.

- Suivi régulier des consultants (au minimum une rencontre mensuelle) - Organisation d'enquêtes CSM avec les clients et consultant(e)s

- Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 École d’ingénieur/École de commerce ou équivalent

- Vous souhaitez intégrer une société dans laquelle vous serez reconnu(e) à votre juste valeur. - Vous avez un profil de "chasseur" êtes doté(e) d’un vrai tempérament commercial et d’un gout prononcé pour ouvertures de comptes.

- Vous avez une appétence pour les sujets IT. - Une expérience en cabinet de conseil serait un plus (Ingénieur(e) d’Affaires, Chargé(e) de recrutement, Consultant(e)...). - Vous êtes dynamique, tenace, investi(e) et possédez une intelligence relationnelle.
