The posting

Chez BREOPLE, le rôle de Senior UX UI Designer / Lead Designer est à la fois stimulant et évolutif, s'adaptant aux différents projets de nos clients. Vous travaillerez en équipe avec des pairs, des collaborateurs pluridisciplinaires (Développeurs, Product Owners...) et directement avec les clients (principalement des sociétés du CAC40).

Vos missions clés :

  • Comprendre et résoudre des problématiques stratégiques et business grâce au design, en prenant en compte les contraintes des projets.
  • Communiquer et défendre vos choix de manière claire et convaincante auprès de vos pairs, des équipes et des clients.
  • Adapter vos pratiques et évangéliser en fonction de la maturité du client, tout en restant flexible et ouvert.
  • Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration ou d'innovation chez le client et les remonter au Lead du projet.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, souvent internationales, selon l'avancement des programmes.
  • Produire un design de qualité, réfléchi et évolutif, en exploitant tous les outils à disposition pour répondre aux enjeux du projet.
  • Faire preuve d'humilité et d'esprit d'équipe, en remettant en question vos connaissances, en collaborant et en trouvant des compromis lorsque nécessaire.

Ce poste vous place au coeur de la transformation digitale de nos clients, avec des défis variés et des opportunités d'évolution professionnelle.

Maîtrise de l'anglais : Seuls les Designers ayant une maîtrise de l'anglais fluent/bilingue seront considérés.

  • Expérience significative : Vous avez travaillé sur des projets de conception d'interfaces numériques (web, mobile, marketplace, e-commerce...) traitant des défis stratégiques et commerciaux, créant des expériences et parcours utilisateurs impactants.
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire : À l'aise pour collaborer avec d'autres designers et des équipes diverses (PO/PM, développeurs, consultants en données, etc.), dans des contextes internes et externes, souvent internationaux.
  • Prise de décision : Capacité à articuler et défendre vos choix auprès de vos collègues et clients, tout en racontant clairement et de manière convaincante vos projets.
  • Expertise technique : Forte maîtrise de l'architecture de l'information, de l'ergonomie et de l'accessibilité.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Humble, ouvert à la discussion et prêt à remettre en question vos idées, car vous travaillerez dans un environnement de co-construction et de prise de décision collective.
