Ben jij een ervaren HR-professional die graag impact maakt binnen een groeiende organisatie? In deze veelzijdige HR Business Partner rol krijg je de kans om leidinggevenden te adviseren, HR-projecten uit te bouwen en mee te werken aan de verdere professionalisering van het HR-beleid.Solliciteer vandaag nog voor deze job in Hasselt!

  • Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken rond performance, ontwikkeling en personeelsbeleid.
  • Je begeleidt functionerings-, evaluatie- en opvolggesprekken en zorgt voor een constructieve dialoog tussen medewerkers en management.
  • Je neemt ownership over HR-projecten en werkt processen uit rond onder meer onboarding, talentontwikkeling, engagement en change management.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere HR-communicatie en bewaakt een consistente toepassing van het HR-beleid over verschillende vestigingen heen.
  • Je volgt HR-initiatieven actief op van A tot Z en werkt hiervoor samen met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.

Wie ben jij als HR Business Partner?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een brede soft HR-rol, bij voorkeur binnen een grotere organisatiestructuur.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans en voelt je comfortabel om evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken in beide talen te voeren.
  • Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers en beschikt over de maturiteit om medewerkers op verschillende niveaus te begeleiden en uit te dagen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt proactief en houdt ervan om processen uit te bouwen en zelfstandig te realiseren.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en verplaatst je vlot tussen verschillende locaties wanneer nodig.
