Är du trygg inom lön och HR-administration och gillar kombinationen av struktur, system och människor? Vi söker en erfaren HRBP som vill arbeta brett med lön och HR Operations i en roll med stort eget ansvar. Du kommer att ha en central funktion i organisationen och vara en viktig kontakt för både chefer, medarbetare och externa partners. Om rollen I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Ansvara för och kvalitetssäkra den svenska löneprocessen

Stötta chefer och medarbetare i frågor kring lön och HR-administration

Hantera anställningar, onboarding, förändringar, ledigheter och avslut

Ta fram anställningsavtal och andra HR-relaterade dokument

Administrera pensioner, försäkringar, förmåner och bonusprogram

Hantera tjänstebils- och personalbilsprogram

Samarbeta med externa leverantörer inom lön, pension, försäkring och förmåner

Arbeta i och säkerställa hög datakvalitet i Workday, Agda och Benify

Fungera som superuser i HR- och lönesystemen

Hantera semesteradministration och myndighetsrapportering

Ta fram rapporter, statistik och underlag kopplat till lön

Aktivt bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera processer inom lön, HR-administration och Compensation & Benefits

Vi söker dig som Har minst fem års relevant erfarenhet inom lön och HR

Har relevant akademisk utbildning på minst kandidatnivå

Har djup förståelse för svenska löneprocesser och HR Operations

Har god kunskap inom svensk arbetsrätt och kollektivavtal

Är van vid att arbeta i HR- och lönesystem

Är noggrann, lösningsorienterad och strukturerad

Trivs med att ta eget ansvar och samtidigt ha många kontaktytor

Det här är en roll för dig som vill kombinera det operativa arbetet med möjligheten att utveckla och förbättra HR- och löneprocesser.
