Om rollen Som Senior Business Controller får du en central roll i verksamhetens ekonomiska styrning och utveckling. Du arbetar nära både ledning och verksamhet och ansvarar för att skapa beslutsunderlag som bidrar till välgrundade affärsbeslut.

Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med ekonomichefen där ni tillsammans bidrar till verksamhetens utveckling. Vi söker därför en person som tar plats i diskussionerna, bidrar med nya perspektiv och självständigt driver ekonomiska och verksamhetsnära frågor framåt. Du är trygg i din kompetens, tar egna initiativ och vågar utmana när det behövs för att skapa bättre beslut och resultat.

Du kommer att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt, där analys, uppföljning och förbättringsarbete är naturliga delar av vardagen. Rollen innefattar även vissa kontaktytor mot den tyska verksamheten, främst i form av samordning och stöd kopplat till ekonomiska frågor.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter · Driva budget- och prognosarbete · Analysera verksamhetens resultat, lönsamhet och utveckling · Ta fram rapporter och beslutsunderlag till ledning och verksamhet · Följa upp nyckeltal och affärsmål · Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och bidra till effektivare arbetssätt · Vara ett ekonomiskt stöd till chefer och verksamhetsansvariga · Delta i strategiska diskussioner och verksamhetsutveckling · Stötta ekonomichefen i både operativa och affärsnära frågor

Vi söker dig som

  • Har akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande kompetens
  • Har flera års erfarenhet av kvalificerat controllerarbete
  • Har god förståelse för verksamhetsstyrning och affärsanalys
  • Är van att arbeta med budget, prognos, uppföljning och rapportering
  • Har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och affärssystem
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska
  • Personliga egenskaper
