Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf en de regio Deerlijk zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Business Controller. Het bedrijf maakt duurzame producten voor professionele en particuliere klanten en is actief op meerdere markten. Het is een ondernemende organisatie met korte lijnen naar het management. Als controller werk je dicht bij die mensen en wegen jouw analyses mee in belangrijke beslissingen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert resultaten, marges, kostprijzen en operationele prestaties, en vertaalt die naar heldere conclusies voor het management.
  • Je coördineert en stelt budgetten en forecasts op, in nauwe samenwerking met de business.
  • Je bouwt managementrapporteringen en KPI-dashboards uit die effectief sturen.
  • Je volgt werkkapitaal en cashgeneratie op en signaleert tijdig risico's, opportuniteiten en verbeteracties.
  • Je drijft procesverbeteringen, automatisering en digitalisering van de rapportering mee vooruit.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Handelsingenieur, Economie of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je bouwde minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring op binnen controlling.
  • Je kent de industriële wereld: ervaring in een productie- of supply chain-omgeving is een must.
  • Je werkt vlot met budgettering, forecasting en management reporting.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus) en BI- of rapporteringstools is een troef.
