  • Coordinate facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, and ongoing compliance activities for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments
  • Manage facility construction, design, renovation, and retrofitting activities in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and applicable security requirements
  • Coordinate daily facility maintenance, space allocation, and Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) activities to ensure effective use of available space and resources
  • Direct office relocations, facility reconfigurations, and long-term modernization initiatives while minimizing disruption to mission operations
  • Establish and maintain Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs) and coordinate associated facility support requirements with Government and mission partners
  • Use ARCHIBUS to support facilities management, space utilization, work order tracking, facility records, and related operational activities
  • Coordinate the sustainment of high-availability operational networks, IT infrastructure, computer systems, and secure communications capabilities
  • Support hardware and software lifecycle planning and coordination to maintain reliable, secure, and mission-ready infrastructure
  • Identify facility, infrastructure, and operational risks and develop recommendations to address deficiencies, improve resource utilization, and maintain mission continuity
  • Coordinate with Government facility managers, security personnel, IT and telecommunications teams, acquisition stakeholders, contractors, and other mission partners
  • Manage personnel in-processing and out-processing activities, coordinating facility access, workspace requirements, and associated administrative actions
  • Maintain accurate facility records, accreditation documentation, work order status, usage agreements, and supporting reports
  • Provide updates, briefings, and recommendations to leadership regarding facility status, space utilization, modernization, accreditation, and infrastructure sustainment
  • Manage competing priorities and independently coordinate complex facilities and infrastructure activities in a classified, mission-focused environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, information technology, engineering, human resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Department of Defense human resources, information technology or telecommunications, and facilities management in a SCIF environment; experience supporting the NRO, NSA, and/or NGA is acceptable
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating facility space allocation, collocation procedures, facility usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and facility modernization
  • Experience using ARCHIBUS for facilities management, space allocation, work order management, or related facility operations
  • Experience obtaining, maintaining, or coordinating facility security accreditation and co-use approvals for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments
  • Experience maintaining accredited SCIFs and SAPFs for Government and contractor personnel
  • Experience developing operational strategies aligned with acquisition strategies and planning, executing, and sustaining secure mission infrastructure
  • Experience coordinating high-availability networks, IT systems, computer infrastructure, and secure communications capabilities

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
