Job Description

BryceTech is seeking Mission Operations & Infrastructure Specialists to support SZP S3 within the U.S. Space Force. These positions provide operational coordination and mission infrastructure support necessary to maintain secure, resilient, and effective day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include supporting secure facility operations, space allocation, high-availability IT and network infrastructure, facility maintenance, relocations, modernization, security accreditation, and associated construction and sustainment activities. The successful candidates will work across Government, contractor, security, facilities, and technical organizations to coordinate requirements and ensure secure mission infrastructure remains aligned with operational and acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational strategies that align secure mission infrastructure with acquisition strategies and SZP S3 mission requirements
  • Support planning, execution, and sustainment of secure mission infrastructure, including facility space, high-availability networks and IT systems, and secure communications
  • Coordinate facility space allocation, collocation requirements, facility usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and facility modernization activities
  • Coordinate daily facility maintenance, space management, work orders, and other operational requirements
  • Support Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) activities, including space requirements, allocation, prioritization, and execution
  • Support office relocations, organizational moves, facility transitions, and long-term modernization initiatives
  • Support the operation and sustainment of high-availability operational networks and computer systems
  • Coordinate hardware and software lifecycle requirements, system refreshes, secure communications, and related infrastructure sustainment activities
  • Support the planning, design, construction, renovation, and retrofitting of TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments
  • Apply ICD 705 and applicable Government security requirements to secure facility construction, modification, accreditation, and sustainment activities
  • Support facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, inspections, compliance reviews, corrective actions, and associated documentation
  • Assist with securing and maintaining critical facility security accreditations for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of facility, infrastructure, accreditation, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with Government organizations, contractors, security personnel, facility managers, IT organizations, and mission partners to resolve operational and infrastructure issues
  • Support the initiation, coordination, and maintenance of Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs)
  • Track facility and infrastructure requirements, projects, work orders, schedules, action items, and operational deliverables
  • Identify operational risks, issues, and infrastructure gaps and assist in developing recommendations and mitigation strategies
  • Prepare status reports, briefings, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other products for Government leadership
  • Respond to workflow taskers and support multiple concurrent operational requirements
  • Coordinate geographically dispersed personnel and organizations as required to support SZP S3 mission requirements
  • Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of SZP S3 and U.S. Space Force mission requirements

Qualifications

  • Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3–10 years of relevant professional experience supporting Government, military, defense, facilities, infrastructure, IT, security, or mission operations
  • Experience supporting operational strategies aligned with acquisition strategies and organizational mission requirements
  • Experience supporting the planning, execution, and sustainment of secure mission infrastructure, including facility space, high-availability networks and IT systems, and secure communications
  • Experience coordinating facility space allocation, collocation procedures, facility usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and facility modernization activities
  • Experience coordinating daily facility maintenance, space allocation, and Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) activities
  • Experience supporting office relocations, organizational moves, facility transitions, and modernization initiatives
  • Experience supporting high-availability operational networks and computer systems, including hardware and software lifecycle management and secure communications
  • Experience supporting the construction, design, renovation, or retrofitting of TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments
  • Knowledge of ICD 705 requirements and their application to secure facility construction, modification, accreditation, and sustainment
  • Experience supporting facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, compliance reviews, inspections, and corrective actions for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments
  • Experience supporting the security and maintenance of critical facility security accreditations
  • Experience supporting the initiation and maintenance of Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs)
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Government personnel, contractors, security organizations, facilities personnel, IT organizations, and mission partners
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to taskers, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and classified information with appropriate discretion and security awareness
  • Ability to operate effectively in a classified environment supporting U.S. Space Force mission requirements
