The posting

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Führung eines Teams von 5-10 Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Zulassungsabteilung
  • Verantwortung für alle Zulassungsarbeiten im Fachbereich
  • Arbeits-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Betreuen von Externen Mitarbeitern und Lieferanten
  • Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Behörden im verantworteten Aufgabenbereich
  • Erstellen von Offerten zur Unterstützung Engineering und Program Management
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Fachbereich und im Office of Airworthiness
  • Schulung und Einarbeiten von Mitarbeitern

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Führungskompetenz
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfahrt und Zulassung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse von Normen und Regulatorien – idealerweise Luftfahrt
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz – extrovertierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssicher in deutsch und englisch
