ÜBER BUENA

Buena (finanziert von Google Ventures) macht alles rund um Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs. Wir übernehmen deutschlandweit Hausverwaltungen und machen sie digital. In den vergangenen drei Jahren sind wir mit rund 25 Vollzeitmitarbeitern in Berlin zur zweitgrößten Hausverwaltung Deutschlands geworden.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Wir suchen einen Systemadministrator (m/f/d), der unsere IT im Griff hat. Dazu gehören das Google-Konto jedes Mitarbeitenden, jeder Laptop und das Netzwerk im Büro.

Mit jeder übernommenen Hausverwaltung wächst unsere IT. Deshalb braucht es jemanden, der Ordnung schafft und sie hält.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Head of Product zusammen und bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Fragen im Büro.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT in Berlin rund läuft. Mittelfristig begleitest du auch die IT-Einbindung neu übernommener Hausverwaltungen. Das machst du gemeinsam mit unserem externen IT-Partner, damit jeder Standort unserem Standard entspricht.

GOOGLE WORKSPACE

- Du verwaltest Nutzer, Gruppen, Organisationseinheiten und Berechtigungen.

- Du pflegst die Sicherheitseinstellungen, zum Beispiel Zwei-Faktor-Anmeldung, Passwortregeln und Zugriffsrechte.

- Du verwaltest geteilte Ablagen, Freigaben und Lizenzen.

EIN- UND AUSTRITTE VON MITARBEITENDEN

- Du richtest neue Mitarbeitende ein: Konten, Lizenzen, Berechtigungen und Geräte.

- Du bereitest Laptops und Diensthandys vor und gibst sie aus.

- Wenn jemand das Unternehmen verlässt, entziehst du Zugänge, sicherst Daten und nimmst Geräte zurück.

- Du entwickelst diese Abläufe weiter und dokumentierst sie sauber.

GERÄTEVERWALTUNG

- Du verwaltest alle Geräte in NinjaOne. Dazu gehören Überwachung, Updates und Softwareverteilung.

- Apple-Geräte verwaltest du zusätzlich über den Apple Business Manager.

NETZWERK UND BÜRO-IT

- Du betreust unser Netzwerk am Hauptstandort, das auf Ubiquiti UniFi läuft.

- Du hilfst Kolleginnen und Kollegen vor Ort, von der einfachen Frage bis zur Fehlersuche.

DU PASST, WENN DU

- vor Ort in unserem Büro in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) arbeiten willst.

- sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch sprichst.

- eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation hast. Einschlägige Praxiserfahrung zählt genauso.

- mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Google Workspace mitbringst.

- NinjaOne oder vergleichbare Software wie Jamf oder Intune kennst.

- dich mit macOS, iOS und dem Apple Business Manager auskennst.

- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik hast, idealerweise mit UniFi.
