Buena (finanziert von Google Ventures) macht alles rund um Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs. Ob Suchen, Kaufen oder Finanzieren einer Wohnung. Wir übernehmen deutschlandweit Hausverwaltungen und verwandeln diese in Technologieunternehmen. In den vergangenen drei Jahren sind wir mit 25 Vollzeitmitarbeitern in Berlin zur drittgrößten Hausverwaltung Deutschlands geworden.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Wir suchen einen Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d), um unseren Wettbewerbsvorteil im M&A-Bereich weiter auszubauen.

Wenn wir Immobilienverwaltungsunternehmen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen, ist es entscheidend, in kurzer Zeit Mitarbeiter in unseren Unternehmen einzusetzen, die technologieaffin & lernbereit sind und den klassischen Job des Immobilienverwalters neu definieren möchten. Deine Aufgabe ist es, diese Talente für uns zu gewinnen.

Arbeiten bei Buena bedeutet "Volle Verantwortung" ab Tag eins. Du übernimmst von Beginn an Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von über 500 Mitarbeitern und baust proaktiv “Talentpools” deutschlandweit auf. So stellst du sicher, dass jede neue Verwaltung im Portfolio zu jeder Zeit mit den besten Mitarbeitern ausgestattet ist.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserer zweiten Führungsebene im HQ, den lokalen Geschäftsführern vor Ort und unserem HQ Talent Team zusammen.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Recruiting ist ein zentraler Teil unserer Unternehmensstrategie, daher erwarten wir eine stark technologie-unterstützte Arbeitsweise, Outputorientierung und Professionalität im Umgang mit den Talenten.

- 80% deiner ersten Monate verbringst du im Sourcing von Talenten via unserer verschiedener Kanäle. Du übernimmst auch erste Screening Gespräche.

- Du baust, optimierst und verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting Prozess End-to-End, und implementiert ein CRM, das Effizienz gewährleistet.

- Du verknüpfst die M&A-Pipeline nahtlos mit der Talent-Pipeline.

- Du screenst den deutschen Markt systematisch und baust strategische Talentpools für zukünftige Targets auf.

DU PASST, WENN DU

- Vor Ort in unserem HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) arbeiten willst.

- 1–3 Jahre messbare Erfolge im Recruiting oder Headhunting mitbringst und nachweislich Rollen erfolgreich besetzt hast.

- Eine hohe Resilienz in der Direktansprache besitzt, souverän agierst und ergebnisorientiert arbeitest.

- Eine sehr steile Lernkurve in den Bereichen Methodik und Technologie-unterstützten Arbeiten möchtest. Du solltest AI sinnvoll nutzen können und andere Sourcing Tools kennen.
