This is an opportunity to work on major infrastructure and development projects, collaborate with leading practitioners, and grow within a practice known for technical excellence and sector insight.

  • Drafting and negotiating construction documentation and associated project agreements
  • Advising on development projects across sectors including commercial, residential, mixed‑use, universities and institutional portfolios
  • Working with a range of stakeholders including contractors, developers, public bodies and investors
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across projects, real estate and regulatory teams to deliver joined‑up advice
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to ongoing business development initiatives

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
