1、产品的全球策略宣发和落地：负责一款AAA级FPS新品的全球营销Campaign策略制定与落地执行，协同内部创意、美术、视频团队，确保产品从首爆、测试到上线期在全球市场（北美、欧洲、日韩等）的差异化用户定位和效果落地； 2、宣发执行资源整合和落地：负责执行资源整合，协调内外部团队和资源，确保项目策略和节点顺利的落地执行； 3、内容生态的建立和持续增长：制定全球KOL与创作者合作策略，深刻理解主流内容平台的流量分发逻辑，保持敏锐的热点感知与内容创新能力，策划并产出具备自传播力的PGC及UGC内容，持续扩大IP传播声量与用户影响力； 4、营销素材统筹与品控：管理PV、实机演示、社媒内容矩阵的素材需求与交付节奏，把控所有对外物料的品牌调性与信息准确性，确保符合各平台规范及各地区合规要求； 5、数据驱动效果监控与复盘：建立首发效果追踪体系，监控全球各区域曝光量/讨论度/Wishlist转化/社区活跃度等核心指标，搭建可量化的效果追踪体系与评估标准，结合内容数据复盘与分析，持续迭代发行策略与执行手段。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏行业营销/增长经验，其中至少2年主导过游戏产品的全球或跨区域营销Campaign； 2、具备从0到1搭建全球营销体系的能力，熟悉北美/欧洲/日韩至少两个市场的媒体生态与用户习惯； 3、出色的跨团队协作与项目管理能力，能同时推进多条并行任务线，在首发窗口期保持节奏与质量； 4、优秀的英文沟通与文案能力，可作为工作语言进行商务谈判与内容审核。
