日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持电商广告策略制定、广告投放、数据监控和调整，保障商家投入稳定性并持续优化投放效率； 2、支持重点商家专项，参与重点商家数据指标拆解、归因分析，协助输出商品成长解决方案； 3、支持预算管理、使用跟进和跨部门对接，保障运营资源合理分配与使用。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有电商、数据分析或广告投放实习经验者优先，数据敏感度高，熟练使用SQL、Excel； 3、英语流利，可作为日常工作语言； 4、细心严谨，逻辑思维清晰，能快速定位业务问题； 5、实习时间4个月及以上。
