日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项数据分析与洞察，准确定位业务问题的实际原因； 2、将复杂问题进行拆解、定义，基于数据挖掘、统计挖掘等手段提出有效的策略与解决方案； 3、基于对用户流量、商家/达人、平台与生态系统的深入理解，定义科学的指标体系与探索性分析，准确反映业务现状，快速发现业务与技术方向的潜在改进机会； 4、与协同团队紧密配合，设计、实施科学的AB实验或观察性研究，指导科学的决策与迭代闭环，推动数据分析结论的落地与持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、计算机、经济学等数据科学与量化研究相关专业； 2、具备扎实的统计学、因果推断、机器学习等数据科学理论基础与应用经验；熟悉SQL、Python及相关库的应用； 3、具备优秀的数据敏感度与逻辑思维能力，能够在较大不确定性的问题中构建分析框架，将数据转化为有效的定量洞察； 4、熟悉AB实验理论与流程，有推荐、广告、增长营销等相关方向数据科学与分析经验者优先； 5、能够主动、独立的思考，具备良好的团队协作能力与责任心，善于跨部门沟通协作。
