1、负责射击游戏中的3D特效设计和制作，包括但不限于子弹特效、技能特效、场景特效、角色特效、UI特效等； 2、能够独立思考并提出创意方案，优化现有特效，提高游戏特效品质； 3、负责与动画、策划、程序完成配合调试，负责编写特效技术文档，总结经验规范，完成特效的性能优化； 4、负责特效外包的沟通和品质把控。

1、3-5年以上游戏3D特效岗位从业经验； 2、具有良好的美术功底和特效设计能力，对色彩、结构、节奏有优秀的理解； 3、拥有良好的审美能力，同时富有想象力与创造力； 4、熟练使用Unity，深知各项与特效制作相关的功能，精通Unity的粒子系统； 5、主动性和自驱力强，能够串联上下游，配合动作与策划，提升游戏打击感； 6、工作认真负责，能够适应阶段性工作。
