1、围绕Ad Agent业务目标与产品阶段，搭建并持续优化核心指标体系，支持关键策略判断与资源投入决策，输出高质量专题分析、阶段复盘和决策支持材料，为团队和管理层提供清晰、可落地的建议； 2、深入分析产品使用链路和广告投放链路，识别关键漏斗、增长机会和影响业务结果的核心驱动因素，结合线上表现、离线评测、案例复盘和错误分析，识别产品能力短板，输出明确的优化方向； 3、对产品实验结果具备较强敏感度，能够结合实验结论开展业务分析与效果判断，重点支持评测实验设计、评测指标体系和结果输出； 4、与产品、算法、数据科学、评测等团队紧密协作，支持Ad Agent能力从0到1孵化及上线后的持续迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、经济学、数学、数据科学、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上经营分析、商业分析、策略分析、数据分析或相关工作经验；有广告、增长、商业化产品或AI产品分析经验者优先； 3、具备扎实的数据分析基本功，熟练使用SQL独立完成数据提取、分析和结论输出，并能结合AI取数和分析工具提升分析深度与效率； 4、对产品核心指标体系、漏斗分析、归因分析、实验设计、A/B Test和效果评估有较强实战经验； 5、对广告投放链路、广告主需求和商业化业务逻辑有较强理解；熟悉广告产品、营销产品、投放优化、AI Agent或智能产品方向者优先； 6、具备较强的结构化思考、问题拆解和跨团队协作能力，能够在快速变化环境中推动复杂项目落地。
