日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Agent评测体系迭代，结合业务目标与用户体验，分层制定合理的评测指标（意图路由、任务完成、交付质量），搭建高质量评测集与标准答案，基于评测结果推动Agent迭代升级； 2、参与多场景的Agent建设：设计Agent优化方案，独立完成Prompt与Skill撰写，确保贴合任务执行、工具调用、问题诊断等业务场景需求； 3、快速响应线上案例，能结合执行轨迹定位问题所处环节，及时跟进并给出解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备智能问答、Agent、任务型对话等相关方向的策略产品实习经验，有相关模块独立负责经验者优先； 3、了解Agent系统架构（意图路由、任务分发、多Agent协作），过往实习中具备Agent搭建经验，能够独立撰写高质量Prompt与Skill； 4、具备评测体系构建能力，能够基于具体模型任务提出合理的分层评测指标，协助完成评测集设计，熟悉数据闭环搭建逻辑，能够设计从数据收集、标注、模型迭代到效果验证的完整迭代机制； 5、有大模型API、云服务或开发者平台的使用或建设经验； 6、每周保证全勤5天，连续实习3个月，长期实习者优先，能够稳定到岗、参与完整项目周期者优先。
