1、负责具身领域大模型Agent架构设计与落地，包括具身智能多模态交互系统的后端服务架构设计与开发，处理语音、视觉、文本等多模态数据的实时接收、解析、存储与分发，保障数据流转高效可靠；开发高性能API服务，支持多设备双向通信调用及富文本、音视频等载体信息下发，优化后端数据存储方案以兼顾结构化与非结构化数据需求； 2、设计Multi-Agent框架、复杂上下文管理、长任务构建及Skills高效加载，探索Agent方向创新方法与技术，提出先进Agent范式；攻坚Agent技术，应用Prompt Engineering、Context Engineering、Harness Engineering等最新技术解决实际问题，将最佳实践运用到业务场景中； 3、搭建和完善后端监控与运维体系，实现对多模态交互服务的实时监控（如服务响应时间、错误率、数据吞吐量），及时发现并处理系统异常，保障服务稳定运行； 4、深度参与客户需求分析，通过场景化用例拆解，转化业务需求为服务端技术方案。

1、人工智能、计算机、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上大模型Agent经验，有过Agent项目成功落地经验； 2、扎实的后台研发能力，熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python任一编程语言，熟悉MySQL、ES等常用基础组件，熟悉微服务架构、API设计规范、云原生技术，具备分布式系统设计能力，有微服务项目落地经验； 3、熟悉Prompt、Skills、Harness等概念，熟悉主流大模型Function Calling、MCP与Prompt优化； 4、良好的架构设计能力、沟通协作能力，有较强的责任心、技术好奇心、敢于担当； 5、对大模型有深入理解，熟悉LLM技术原理与应用方法，有Agent系统设计与实现经验；了解Memory机制、RAG、工具调用、规划执行等Agent关键技术，有相关实践经验； 6、对产品敏感，能快速理解产品背景，具备优秀的技术与业务结合能力，有较好的需求抽象能力和架构能力，对AI原生应用有热情，具备快速复现论文及工程化能力，论文或开源项目贡献者加分。
