日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与抖音电商营销Agent端到端交付平台的产品建设，理解营销业务与需求交付流程，识别提效机会，参与功能规划与人机协作设计，输出产品方案、需求文档及可交互高保真原型； 2、参与营销业务与产品知识库建设，协同专业域产品经理梳理业务规则、产品能力和历史经验，完成知识整理、结构优化与质量检查，提升知识的准确性和复用价值； 3、参与Skills与Harness产品设计，梳理Agent的任务步骤、能力调用、交付标准、人工确认及异常处理机制，推动专业经验沉淀为可复用的执行能力； 4、协同产品、研发、设计、QA等团队推进平台落地，参与需求沟通、开发跟进、上线验收及线上问题处理，持续收集用户反馈并推动优化； 5、参与平台效果评估与案例复盘，分析Agent的交付质量、人工介入情况与效率收益，识别问题并推动知识、Skills和产品能力持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、欢迎具备多样化背景的同学投递，具备清晰的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够将业务问题转化为清晰的产品方案，并熟练使用AI工具辅助方案分析、设计和原型制作； 3、熟悉国内外Agent应用，了解AI领域基本概念和术语，有使用AI工具解决实际问题的经历，有相关课程项目、个人作品或实习经历者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心和学习主动性，能够跟进需求、关注细节，并及时反馈问题、推动解决； 5、有电商、营销、B端产品或AI应用相关实习及项目经历者优先。
