1、负责AI To B Agent产品0-1的孵化，结合调研、业务分析等判断潜力行业及，明确市场机会，提供业务输入，为产品方案查缺补漏； 2、参与模型训练、评测标注、原子能力拆解等工作，和产品研发一起搭建完善的模型评估体系； 3、与上游产品研发、下游业务及横向合作方有效协同，调动各方资源实现项目落地，确保实现里程碑； 4、开展行业合作，在通用模型搭建的大前提下和行业一起打造出更适配行业/业务使用的Agent产品能力，结合行业场景制定差异化的客户导入策略，实现产品的覆盖增长； 5、长期做好线上负面案例监控体系，反哺产品迭代，不断提升客户满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网效果广告产品运营、行业运营经验；过往有效果广告，出价/转化产品运营经验or下载广告产品运营经验； 2、有较强的书面和口头表达能力，能输出结构清晰的方案和会议纪要； 3、自驱力强，能在多方协作的环境中保持节奏感和主动推进； 4、对AI产品和技术趋势有好奇心，愿意持续学习并将新能力应用到工作中。

加分项： 1、AI产品理解与学习能力：对大模型、Agent、Skill、RAG等AI产品形态有基础理解，能快速学习新技术概念，并判断其在业务场景中的适用边界和落地价值； 2、业务洞察与策略判断能力：具备较强的逻辑思考和抽象能力，能从客户反馈、调研信息和行业趋势中提炼关键判断，形成产品方向、生态策略或GTM建议； 3、数据意识与评测思维：具备基础数据分析能力，理解指标口径和效果验证方法，能搭建AI能力评测标准，持续跟踪能力表现并推动优化； 4、跨团队协同与项目推进能力：能在产品、研发、数据、行业运营、服务商等多方之间高效沟通，推动信息对齐、问题闭环和关键决策落地。
