1、负责字节跳动各业务在泛体验、泛质量方向下的大模型工程化能力建设及前沿技术探索； 2、负责大模型Agent体系（Harness、MAS等）架构设计与落地，搭建高可用、高扩展的Agent研发平台； 3、攻坚Agent核心技术，优化Prompt工程、Skill管理、Context管理、Harness执行管控机制，解决落地技术瓶颈； 4、深度参与项目研发，与产品、算法、质量等同学保持密切配合，不断优化项目整体效益，提升产品体验量。

1、人工智能、计算机、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上大模型Agent经验，有过Agent项目成功落地经验； 2、扎实的后台研发能力，熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python任一编程语言，熟悉MySQL、ES等常用基础组件； 3、熟练掌握Prompt、Skill、Harness等概念，熟悉主流大模型Function Calling、MCP与Prompt优化； 4、良好的架构设计能力、沟通协作能力，有较强的责任心、技术好奇心、敢于担当； 5、对产品敏感，能快速理解产品背景，具备优秀的技术与业务结合能力，有较好的需求抽象能力和架构能力。

加分项： 1、有LangChain、LangGraph、DeepAgents等开源框架二次开发经验优先； 2、有大模型应用落地能力优先，包括并不限于PE、Agent、RAG、LoRA/SFT等。
