1、参与Auto Research相关Agent系统的设计与研发，探索Agent在科研自动化、科学计算等AI4S场景中的应用； 2、负责或参与Agent Workflow、Planning/Search、Context Engineering、Memory等核心能力的设计与迭代，提升Agent在复杂长流程任务中的自主执行能力和稳定性； 3、围绕搜索、文献阅读、代码生成、实验执行、结果分析等科研任务，设计并实现端到端Agent Workflow，持续优化任务完成效果和执行效率； 4、参与Agent Tool、Sandbox Execution、状态管理等基础能力的建设，并基于现有Agent Framework开发和迭代可复用的Agent系统与组件； 5、设计实验和评测方法，对不同Agent架构、策略和技术方案进行验证、分析和迭代，推动方案从原型验证走向实际应用； 6、跟踪Agent、Auto Research、AI Coding、Deep Research等方向的最新进展，调研前沿论文和开源项目，并结合实际业务场景完成技术验证与落地。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python，具备扎实的编程基础、良好的代码设计和代码阅读能力，能够独立完成较复杂系统或模块的开发； 3、熟悉LLM和Agent相关技术，对Tool Calling、Planning、RAG、Context Engineering、Memory等机制有较深入的理解； 4、具备Agent系统或LLM应用开发经验，能够基于现有框架完成Agent Workflow的设计、实现、调试和优化； 5、对科学计算、AI for Science或科研自动化场景具有基本理解，愿意深入理解科研任务和计算流程，并将Agent技术应用到实际问题中； 6、具备较强的问题分析、实验验证和工程实践能力，能够针对复杂问题快速完成技术调研、方案设计和原型实现，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识。

加分项 1、有Coding Agent、Auto Research、Deep Research或其他复杂Agent系统的实际项目经验； 2、熟悉Agent Evaluation、Reward、Verifier等机制，并具有相关实验或系统实践经验； 3、有Multi-Agent系统、Agent协作或任务调度相关实践经验； 4、熟悉MCP、Browser Automation、Sandbox Execution、Code Interpreter等Agent工具与执行环境； 5、有Agent Framework的实际开发或深度使用经验，并对其核心机制有一定理解； 6、有AI4S、科学计算、HPC、计算化学、计算生物、材料计算等相关项目或研究经历。
