团队介绍：Aime 是字节跳动打造的企业级 AI Agent 平台，面向研发、产品、运营等多类岗位，提供基于大模型的智能服务。平台集成代码仓库、文档、知识库、飞书、Browser Use、MCP、研发工具链等企业能力，支持调研、Coding、数据分析、文档生成、Browser Automation 等复杂任务，通过自研 Agent 架构完成端到端日常工作提效。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与企业级AI Agent平台Aime核心后端研发，负责Agent会话管理、任务执行、运行时编排、工具调用和消息流转等关键链路的设计与实现； 2、参与高可用、高并发后端服务设计，保障Agent在复杂多轮交互、多工具调用场景下的稳定运行，持续提升系统可观测性与线上稳定性； 3、参与大模型应用工程化能力建设，涵盖多模型接入、上下文管理、流式响应、函数调用等方向； 4、对接飞书IM、文档等企业协作生态，与产品、算法、平台团队协作，推动AI Agent在真实办公与研发场景中规模化落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业优先； 2、具备软件开发基本功，掌握C、C++、Golang、Java、Python中至少一种编程语言； 3、具备优秀的学习能力、乐于快速探索并实践全新的领域技能； 4、对软件研发全生命周期的工具链有理解，对LLM应用研发技术栈有了解者加分。
