1、搭建和优化视频剪辑Agent，参与全链路工程系统架构设计，使用PE/SFT/RL等技术调优Agent效果，提升Agent能力范围，沉淀高质量领域知识数据和构建先进的自动化效果评测系统； 2、探索业界前沿的大模型技术，包括多模态理解大模型、大语言模型和生图生视频模型等，通过微调、继续训练等方式，持续优化Agent核心大模型，提升Agent能力和效果。

1、数学、计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关学科，硕士及以上学位； 2、熟悉大模型的相关基础知识，具备大语言模型相关训练或推理的基础知识； 3、熟悉LLM的微调方法，有SFT/RL相关经验，深入了解相关算法； 4、扎实的Python或者C++编程功底，有复杂工程架构经验，了解大模型训练、推理技术栈； 5、对技术有热情，关注大模型最新研究和论文，对大模型的应用有兴趣； 6、有从0到1搭建Agent落地业务经验者优先；视频剪辑类软件深度使用者，热爱视频剪辑创作者优先。
