1、针对数据合成场景，完成Harness架构设计与开发优化，迭代智能体规划、工具编排、RAG增强、长上下文管理、任务调度核心链路，解决线上Agent循环执行、任务中断、调用异常等问题，搭建稳定可复用的工业级智能体运行基座； 2、搭建Agent量化评估与质量管控体系，设计场景化评测规则与数据集，落地自动化EVAL流水线、版本回归、A/B实验能力，实现Agent迭代效果可量化、问题可溯源，持续优化智能体执行准确率与稳定性； 3、搭建Agent全链路可观测体系，实现执行轨迹追踪、结构化日志采集、性能监控、异常告警，开发可视化调试、链路回放等工具，提升线上问题排查效率，降低运维迭代成本； 4、跟进Agent前沿技术，沉淀通用组件与落地规范，持续迭代Harness架构，支撑多智能体协作、故障自愈等高级能力落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业，2-5年后端/AI工程化研发经验，具备0-1工业级AI Agent项目完整落地经验，可独立完成模块设计与迭代； 2、精通Python生产级开发，熟练掌握工程架构设计与性能优化，熟悉Go/Java任意一门后端语言，具备独立搭建企业级服务的能力； 3、熟练掌握LangChain、LangGraph等主流常用Agent框架，精通提示工程、上下文优化、工具编排、RAG工程化落地等核心技术，理解框架底层核心原理； 4、具备成熟工程化能力，熟练掌握CI/CD、自动化测试、Docker部署等流程，有线上系统迭代、质量优化实战经验； 5、有生产级Agent底座、智能体管理平台、自动化评测平台搭建迭代经验，主导过规模化工业级Agent落地项目优先。
