1、探索和构建高效的商业化Agent Infrastructure，优化包括抖音电商、生活服务、广告营销等Agent算法策略和工程架构解决方案，持续探索前沿技术，支撑字节跳动商业化收入增长； 2、设计实现Agent基础架构与相关工具链，包括但不限于Harness Engineering、Agent框架、沙箱与模拟环境、个性化记忆、工具、Skills、自动评估体系等； 3、设计实现商业化内部GPU算力资源管理与调度体系，根据训练、推理、评测等多场景的任务特点，通过优化调度策略与运营机制，持续提升资源的弹性能力和有效利用率； 4、与算法、应用、平台等团队紧密配合，优化Agent研发平台的能力与用户体验，提高研发效率与稳定性； 5、关注AI Agent生态技术发展，持续探索并引入先进的Agent应用技术方案，推动在业务场景中落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础知识扎实，熟悉常见的服务端技术组件，有良好的系统设计能力； 3、编码能力优秀，对代码质量与代码风格有高标准要求，对所熟悉的编程语言有一定的深入了解； 4、了解LLM/Agent相关技术，擅长使用大模型能力辅助解决问题，有LLM/Agent项目与实习经验优先； 5、主动性与自驱力强，对新事物的学习与探索能力强，具备出色的问题分析与解决能力。
