1、探索和构建高效的商业化Agent Infrastructure，优化包括抖音电商、生活服务、广告营销等Agent算法策略和工程架构解决方案，持续探索前沿技术，支撑字节跳动商业化收入增长； 2、设计实现Agent基础架构与相关工具链，包括但不限于Harness Engineering、Agent框架、沙箱与模拟环境、个性化记忆、工具、Skills、自动评估体系等； 3、设计实现商业化内部GPU算力资源管理与调度体系，根据训练、推理、评测等多场景的任务特点，通过优化调度策略与运营机制，持续提升资源的弹性能力和有效利用率； 4、与算法、应用、平台等团队紧密配合，优化Agent研发平台的能力与用户体验，提高研发效率与稳定性； 5、关注AI Agent生态技术发展，持续探索并引入先进的Agent应用技术方案，推动在业务场景中落地。

1、计算机基础知识扎实，对操作系统、数据库、网络基础知识充分掌握，熟悉常见的服务端技术组件，对常见的服务端场景有架构设计和优化思路； 2、编码能力优秀，对代码质量与代码风格有高标准要求，对所熟悉的编程语言（Golang/Python优先）有一定的深入了解； 3、有LLM/Agent系统开发经验，对LLM/Agent架构与生态中的一项或多项技术有深入理解； 4、对AI应用/LLMOps/AgentOps方向有浓厚兴趣和热情，自驱力强，对新事物的学习与探索能力强，具备出色的问题分析与解决能力。

加分项： 1、熟悉主流大语言模型/多模态大模型训练与推理过程中的算法与架构原理，有相关算法策略调优经验优先； 2、有资源调度、利用率优化、成本管理与FinOps落地经验优先； 3、熟悉LLM/Agent训练、评测、编排、部署的完整流程，熟悉平台开发，有一定的业务与产品意识优先； 4、擅长用大模型能力辅助工作并解决问题。
