团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、参与飞书多维表格AI Agent能力研发，让Agent能够理解业务数据、调用工具，并完成真实的业务任务； 2、建设Agent的任务编排、上下文管理、Tool Calling、评测观测及异常恢复等核心能力； 3、负责相关Golang服务的设计与开发，解决大规模数据、多人协同场景下的性能、稳定性和安全问题； 4、探索AI Agent与数据表、工作流、仪表盘等产品能力的结合，推动创意从原型走向真实用户； 5、深度使用AI Coding Agent，持续改进编码、测试、排障和团队研发效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和良好的编码能力，熟悉至少一种服务端语言，团队主要使用Golang； 3、了解协议、存储、缓存、并发、安全等Web后端技术； 4、对大模型和AI Agent有热情，愿意主动使用并理解其能力边界； 5、具备产品意识、负责人意识和良好的协作能力，愿意对最终用户体验负责； 6、开发过Agent、MCP、CLI、插件或其他AI应用，有开源项目、个人产品或高质量课程项目，了解Tool Calling、RAG、Agent Runtime、模型评测等相关技术。
