日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动 Seed 团队成立于 2023 年，致力于寻找通用智能的新方法，追求智能上限，为科技和社会发展作出贡献。 Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

1、负责Agent架构设计开发，构建具备自主规划、工具调用、记忆管理及环境交互能力的高性能Agent系统； 2、负责Agent与外部CLI/Skills、知识库及多模态数据的对接与集成，提高大模型研发全生命周期效率； 3、探索并落地Agent在音视频大模型场景的应用，包括但不限于Harness Engineering、Auto Research、Model Self-improvement等； 4、优化Agent的决策推理能力，解决复杂任务拆解、异常处理、多Agent协同等技术难题，提升系统的稳定性与成功率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟悉主流Agent开发框架，有实战经验；熟练掌握C/C++、Python、Go等至少一门编程语言，具备扎实的开发Debug能力，熟练使用AI Coding工具； 3、熟悉大模型研发中数据、训练、评测等关键工作，能够与算法团队高效协作推动落地； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，对AI技术充满热情，有强烈的技术好奇心和创新意识。
