1、负责音乐内容生产策略、标准与质量，能够根据各类音乐场景需求，设计音乐内容方案，为音乐类产品提供专业知识与技术支持； 2、与产品研发配合，为多样的音乐场景设计链条式的音乐内容解决方案，统筹音乐生产工具和素材等资源； 3、对音乐制作人员进行包括但不限于音乐制作、录音混音、音乐质量评测等能力的培训； 4、开展音乐生成技术和音乐产业战略调研，及时了解业界发展动态，辅助判断未来发展趋势。

1、本科及以上学历，作曲（含电子音乐作曲）与音乐工程（音乐制作）类专业优先，5年以上音乐制作工作经验，有丰富的商业音乐创作经验，掌握多种音乐风格的创作与编配技巧； 2、较强的分析和沟通能力，擅长从评估数据中发现有价值的产品改善建议，并能推动落地； 3、熟练掌握Cubase、Logic、Pro Tools、Audition等主流音乐DAW和各类软音源的编辑和后期混缩操作，并能在录音过程中利用硬件及软件效果器对录音品质、效果进行处理； 4、熟悉主流AIGC工具，了解音乐生成提示词对效果的作用，对人工智能、机器学习等技术有了解者优先； 5、学习能力强，理解能力强，能根据需求快速提出合理的解决方法； 6、简历需要附作品，包括音频、工程和乐谱（如有）。
