1、搜索大模型底座，主导搜索领域LLM底座的研发与迭代，融合搜索知识快速落地；负责搜索大模型预训练、后训练链路（超长文本、口语文本预训练，图文、视频多模态表征，电商商品多模态表征学习）与推理优化（长上下文、模型效率、量化、剪枝、蒸馏、推理加速）；下一代非Transformer架构等前沿方向预研，并推动其与业务场景结合； 2、Agent Foundation与Harness，负责搜索Agent执行框架（Harness）从0→1、1→N建设——工具调用、规划、记忆、环境交互的统一编排；设计多智能体集群调度与协作算法（任务分配、动态调度、通信、对齐、冲突解决）；建设Agent Foundation平台，赋能团队内工程、算法、PM全栈式轻量级开发与快速上线（多Agent、单Agent+Skill-based、Memory），支持搜索核心智能助手及垂搜场景模块；抽象算法库与接口、提升复用率与研发效率；定期分享SOTA模型，赋能搜索及公司级BU，指导初级同学成长； 3、Loop工程、长记忆与自我提升（RSI），主导Agent Loop与训练-推理-评测闭环；建设大模型长期记忆机制、跨上下文知识整合、因果推理与自主概念归纳能力；落地self-evolve/self-improvement与递归自我提升（RSI）机制（自动化参数调优、训练流程自动化、AI辅助算法设计、模型迭代闭环自动化）； 4、数据合成与评测体系，建设垂类高质量数据合成与质量控制（分布对齐、合成数据评测、筛选、提纯）；负责在线Reward/Verifier系统与超人类能力基准评测（无需人工标注的自动化评测、长周期复杂任务、跨领域创新能力评测、多智能体协作评测标准）； 5、业务落地与规模化，长时程任务Agent（常驻意图）；基于SOTA模型提供生图、视频能力，放大规模效应；承接Feed「看后问/看后创作」体验，强化用户主动认知；视觉搜索&端智能，目标检测、OCR、TinyLLM；搜索内容生态、创作者生态等；AGI安全与对齐（大规模多智能体目标一致性约束、可解释、可审计、安全机制）等方向预研，并推动其与业务场景结合。

1、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上AI算法研发经验（资深/专家岗经验要求另行匹配）； 2、在LLM/Agent/多模态/搜索任一方向有深入研究与落地经验，能独立负责并主导技术方向； 3、大模型/Agent技术栈精通其一：大模型全链路，预训练/SFT/RLHF/对齐/推理优化/数据合成；Agent全栈，Harness、多智能体调度、记忆机制、Agent Loop、自我提升（RSI）、Reward/Verifier； 4、强工程能力，熟悉分布式训练、混合精度、推理加速（量化/剪枝/蒸馏/TensorRT）与大规模数据处理（MR/Spark等）； 5、熟悉以下任一方向并有代表性成果：CV&多模态：图像/视频检索、分类识别、分割、目标检测、OCR、多模态大模型、自/无监督学习；NLP：预训练、NLU、多语言/跨语言、NLG、迁移/半监督学习； 6、有顶会论文（NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ACL/EMNLP/AAAI等）、知名开源项目、竞赛获奖（Kaggle/COCO/ImageNet/GLUE/CLUE等），或大规模业务落地经验者优先；优秀的技术leadership、跨团队协作与沟通能力；对搜索与Agent的长期价值有判断与热情。
