1、探索LLM、MLLM与Agent在内容理解、趋势发现、推荐和搜索方向的前沿技术，并推动其在全球化业务中落地； 2、构建面向短视频场景的多模态内容理解能力，统一建模视频画面、文本、音乐、话题、创作者、用户反馈及外部事件； 3、研究大模型驱动的早期趋势发现方法，从曝光、观看、互动、搜索和内容供给等多源信号中识别尚处于萌芽阶段的潜在热点，并建模内容趋势的产生、增长、跨区域传播和消退过程，预测其流行概率、峰值规模、传播范围及生命周期； 4、构建具备规划、检索、工具调用、数据分析和自我校验能力的Agent，使其能够主动提出假设、收集证据、交叉验证并生成可解释的趋势判断； 5、研究跨语言、跨文化的内容理解与趋势迁移，探索热点在不同国家、文化圈层和用户群体间的传播规律； 6、与推荐、搜索、内容运营及全球化业务团队合作，完成从算法研究、模型训练到大规模线上应用的完整闭环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础；熟悉大语言模型、多模态大模型、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、推荐系统或时间序列中的一个或多个方向； 3、具备良好的编程和算法实现能力，能够独立完成模型训练、实验分析与效果评估； 4、对LLM、Agent、生成式推荐等前沿方向有强烈兴趣，愿意探索开放、复杂且具有不确定性的技术问题； 5、具备良好的问题抽象能力，能够从真实业务场景中发现并定义有价值的技术问题； 6、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够与算法、工程和业务团队共同推动项目落地。

加分项 1、在LLM、MLLM、Agent、推荐系统、多模态内容理解或趋势预测方向有研究与项目经验； 2、熟悉预训练与后训练、RAG、Tool Use、强化学习、多智能体系统或生成式推荐中的一种或多种技术； 3、在相关领域发表过论文，或拥有高质量竞赛、开源项目及大模型实践经历； 4、对全球产品、不同地区的内容文化以及跨文化传播感兴趣； 5、既享受探索前沿算法，也期待让技术真正应用于大规模产品、影响全球用户。
