1、我们正在寻找对Agentic AI充满热情、具备优秀技术潜力的应届毕业生。你将参与智能体核心能力与产品的研发，探索大模型在任务规划、工具调用、记忆、推理、多智能体协作和自主执行等方向的落地； 2、参与Agentic AI系统的设计与研发，包括任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理、上下文工程、多智能体协作等核心能力，研究并落地大模型推理、RAG、工作流编排、模型评测及强化学习等相关技术； 3、构建面向真实业务场景的智能体产品，持续提升任务成功率、执行效率、稳定性和用户体验，建设智能体评测体系，分析复杂任务中的失败原因，推动模型、策略和工程架构持续迭代； 4、跟进Agentic AI领域前沿进展，将优秀论文、开源项目和技术方案转化为可验证的产品能力； 5、与产品、算法及工程团队紧密协作，推动智能体能力规模化应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络及软件工程； 3、熟练掌握Python、Go、Java、C++、TypeScript中至少一种编程语言； 4、了解大语言模型基本原理，熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling、Agent Framework等技术； 5、具备较强的工程实现能力，能够独立完成技术调研、原型开发、实验评估和问题定位； 6、对复杂问题有强烈好奇心，具备清晰的逻辑分析能力和持续学习能力；认可快速实验、数据驱动和结果导向的研发方式。

加分项： 1、参与过Agent、RAG、大模型应用或模型训练相关项目； 2、熟悉LangGraph、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK、Claude Code、MCP、A2A等框架或协议； 3、具备模型微调、强化学习、推理优化或智能体评测经验； 4、在人工智能相关会议发表过论文，或在高水平竞赛中取得优秀成绩；有高质量开源项目、技术博客或活跃的开源社区贡献；在实习、科研或个人项目中独立解决过具有挑战性的真实问题。
