1、负责抖音主Feed推荐系统Agentic化相关算法研发，探索LLM/Agent与推荐系统深度结合的新范式，建设推荐统一Agent中枢能力，包括用户理解、长期/短期Memory、任务规划、策略编排、反馈评估与自我迭代机制； 2、推动LLM based RecSys在真实推荐链路中的落地，优化召回、排序、重排、多目标决策、体验对齐等关键环节，面向抖音主Feed的推荐场景，解决内容分发、用户体验、多目标优化、长期价值建模、生态平衡等问题； 3、参与推荐大模型、生成式推荐、多模态推荐、多场景统一建模等方向研发，提升推荐系统的表达能力、泛化能力和决策能力，建设推荐Auto Research能力，利用LLM/Agent自动探索模型结构、特征组合、Reward设计、策略优化和实验方向，提升算法迭代效率； 4、与工程、产品、数据科学等团队协作，推动前沿算法方案在大规模线上系统中验证、落地和持续迭代。

1、本科学历及以上，计算机、人工智能、机器学习、数学、统计学、运筹优化等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，熟悉推荐系统、搜索、广告、NLP、大模型、强化学习中的一个或多个方向； 3、熟悉推荐系统核心链路，包括召回、排序、重排、多目标优化、样本构建、特征体系、评估体系和在线实验； 4、熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架，具备良好的算法实现能力、工程能力和数据分析能力； 5、对LLM、Agent、SFT、RL、RAG、Memory、Planning、Tool Use、LLM Judge等方向有深入理解或浓厚兴趣； 6、具备优秀的问题抽象能力和系统性思考能力，能够从复杂业务场景中提炼关键算法问题，并推动方案落地；具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在高复杂度、多角色协作环境中推进关键项目。

加分项： 1、有推荐、搜索、广告、内容理解或大模型系统的工业落地经验； 2、有LLM for RecSys、Agentic RecSys、生成式推荐、推荐大模型、强化学习、多模态推荐等相关经验； 3、有Post-training、Reward Modeling、LLM for Judge、Agent Planning等相关项目经验； 4、在推荐系统、机器学习、NLP、多模态、强化学习等方向发表过较高质量论文，或有较高质量开源项目/竞赛成果； 5、有高DAU/高QPS场景下的算法优化经验，理解大规模线上系统的稳定性、效率和实验约束； 6、对AI for Research、自动化算法迭代、自演进推荐系统有持续关注和系统性思考。
